Color and Creative expression are important to me, and I love using unusual tools and techniques to create texture with acrylics and mixed media. I enjoy making abstracts, landscapes, floral art and figurative work.
In the 1990s I used to create Fractals on the computer and enjoy working with digital photography to create art on the computer. I can incorporate the landscapes and my photographs or paintings into digital art and the technology is constantly changing . The endless techniques are wonderful to explore and I am truly enjoying classes and work on the computer with Photoshop and various programs to enhance my work digitally, giving me the opportunity to offer home decor and gift items.
I am a member of Artists in Canada, Federation of Canadian Artists, EBSQ, Fine Art America, Redbubble, Imagekind, Zazzle, Society6, Quest Art Gallery, TWAC and Zephyr Art and many groups on different art websites. Not long ago I retired from my medical transcription work, the kids were grown and we moved to cottage country in Ontario. I now paint and create daily and I am grateful to all of you for your support of my work. Thank you!!
